Concept/Idea: Interesting abstract representation of fire shown through hair. Visual/Aesthetic: The after affect is interesting. Organization/Time: It has a full circle ending. It begins with hair and ends with hair. Creativity/Originality: Original and creative because it appears abstract. Extent/Complexity: The video feels like it could have a little more, perhaps different after color affects or more scenes.
Julian and Morgan The Joining of the hair is very sensuous especially when they wrap around one another and even join and become one. has the potentional to be representational, and add a story line were it starts off soft and intimate and then increasingly becomes more violent.maybe have one color consume the other. Time was organized very well, maybe add some more scenes with the hair twisting around each other. Maybe change the vantage point, or zoom out to give it a little more context to lengthen the time.
Very interesting use of hair. It seems alive! Especially with the pacing of the video, which is fast and frantic (in a good way). I think you could have other "hair" chapters... what about if the hair travels across the room, winds around things... almost medusa-like, living hair.
