Newspapers are a cool medium and this is a really good idea. However, we felt that the green background took away from the video a bit. You could also add more textures besides spray paint and add more closure to the ending. We really liked the black spray paint.
Matthew, good job with this animation! We really liked how you used a traditional medium that we read on a daily basis, but then showing what the news represents to some people with the black ink blotches. You can go anywhere with this idea and maybe you could use other forms of destruction, such as scissors????
